This notice explains how Appverixa handles information you share through this website. It describes what the site actually does today.

What we collect

When you submit a contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and message, and — in the detailed form — optionally your phone number, the service you are interested in, a budget range, intended start and engagement type.

The site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Your browser stores one preference (whether animations are paused) in local storage, and a short-lived note in session storage after a successful submission. Neither is sent to us.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential project or role.
• To keep a record of the conversation if we go on to work together.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without separate consent.

Who processes it

Form submissions are stored in this website’s administration system, which only our team can access. If email notifications are enabled, a copy is sent to our team’s inbox through our email provider, and you may receive an automatic confirmation. Replies to your inquiry are sent by email from the same system. Our hosting provider processes basic request data (such as IP addresses) to operate the site and prevent abuse; we use IP addresses briefly to rate-limit form submissions and do not store them.

Retention and your rights
